Guardian

A Guardian account is a financial account established and managed by a legally appointed guardian on behalf of an individual, typically a minor or an incapacitated adult, who is legally unable to manage their own financial affairs. The guardian acts in a fiduciary capacity and is responsible for managing the funds in the best interest of the beneficiary, often under court supervision.
